Little Chance is a Boer breed goat, usually called a "meat goat", but not this little guy. His illness and deformity landed him into a caring family. Unfortunately, they tried their best, but were unable to give him the care he needed. They reached out to us, and he joined our family. Chance has severe joint ill in his front right knee. X-rays also showed that he has a lesion in his spine from the infection, along with that we found out that he was born without a hip socket in the back. Lots of love, care, and medication resulted in the recovery of the joint ill. We keep and eye on his progress into adult hood, due to his hip deformity. He will be on the smaller side, but I'm hoping his weight won't interfere with his walking as he grows.
