Little Chance, a Boer goat typically raised for meat, was spared this fate. After facing health challenges shortly after birth, he was taken in by a compassionate family. Despite their efforts, they couldn't provide the specialized care he required and turned to us for help. Chance became part of our family in 2021. He suffered from severe joint ill in his front right knee, and X-rays revealed a spinal lesion due to the infection. Additionally, he was born without a hip socket in his back leg. Through numerous veterinary visits, abundant love, and dedicated care, Chance overcame his joint illness. We continue to monitor his condition closely because of his hip deformity. Fortunately, he is expected to remain small, which should alleviate any potential issues with his hip.
